Job Summary:
Lead the Estimation/ Costing function, driving strategic relationships with customers to ensure accuracy in the Product Costing, client satisfaction and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Act as the primary interface for customers and internal stakeholder to deliver best-in-class customer engagement and business value.
Responsibilities:
· Detailed study of the drawings received from the customer, Understanding the process, special treatments involved and the corresponding specifications.
· Analysing and preparation of the Production Process Costing by coordinating with the Technical, Project, Purchase & Quality Department
· Cost reduction by VA / VE and alternate development.
· Generate cost reduction ideas through identification of process/product efficiencies that will reduce overall cost.
Qualifications:
· 3~4 years of experience in Estimation & Product Costing
· BE Mechanical qualification
· Proven success in handling customer RFQs in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Skills and Competencies:
· Strong commercial acumen with strategic and analytical thinking
· Proficient in MS Office and business analytics tools

· Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Functional Competencies:
· Deep understanding of customer RFQs, requirements and estimating the part/ product cost
