Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to handle end-to-end Solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful completion of solar projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete Solar EPC projects from kickoff to commissioning.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, execution, and site coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site.
- Manage procurement and material planning as per project requirements.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Resolve project-related technical and operational issues.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and client updates.
- Ensure timely project handover and documentation completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical.
- Experience in Solar EPC project management.
- Strong knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and site execution.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years experience in Solar EPC industry.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
