About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager for our real estate business in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to lead sales activities to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills..
- Candidate should own a vehicle and be open to field sales.
