Job Summary
The Project Execution Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design projects from site handover to final completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards while coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.
- Coordinate site activities to achieve smooth workflow.
Site Management
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact during project execution.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate site meetings and walkthroughs.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and material delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and quality standards.
- Verify bills, work completion, and material usage.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections at different project stages.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed before project handover.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs and prevent budget overruns.
- Track material consumption and labor expenses.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance for purchase approvals and payments.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Document project changes, approvals, and completion records.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained.
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks at project sites.
- Promote safe working practices among contractors and workers.

- Project completion within scheduled timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture
- 5–8 years of experience in interior project execution.
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial interior fit-out projects.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
