Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing, API Testing (Postman), and Database Testing (SQL). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
Perform Manual, API, Database, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Functional, and UAT testing.
Validate APIs using Postman and verify backend data using SQL.
Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Participate in requirement analysis and mentor junior QA engineers.
Reqired Skills
4+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
Hands-on experience with API Testing (Postman) and Database Testing (SQL).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, STLC, and SDLC.
Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Prefferd Skills
Exposure to Automation Testing.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
