Job Title: Manager – Business Development

About Air-o-Service: Air-o-Service is India's AI-powered air conditioning service company, specializing in HVAC repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and energy-efficient cooling solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
- Identify and approach potential clients for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), HVAC projects, and repair & maintenance services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, corporate clients, builders, architects, consultants, and property management companies.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent Air-o-Service at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, HVAC, Facility Management, MEP, Building Services, or related industries.
- Strong network in corporate, facility management, real estate, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in HVAC AMC sales, HVAC projects, Facility Management Services, or Technical Services.
- Existing network with facility managers, procurement teams, builders, and corporate clients.

Salary:
As per industry standards + Attractive Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
