Job Title: Bartender
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Bartending/Mixology certification is preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong mixology skills, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Recommend drinks and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
- Monitor bar inventory and replenish stock as required.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic inventory and POS system knowledge.
- Good teamwork and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
