We are seeking a proactive and experienced candidate to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll coordination, and talent acquisition while ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and reference checks.
Ensure smooth induction and onboarding of new employees.
2.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle employee documentation, appointments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and verification.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Bonus.
Maintain compliance records and support audits.
Stay updated with labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
5. Policy Implementation & HR Administration
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and ad-hoc reports required by management.
Assist in organizational development and HR process improvements.
Support disciplinary actions and employee counselling when required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Payroll and statutory compliance knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
