Job Summary:
Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counsellors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students about our courses, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right program.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
- Maintain student databases and regular communication records
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career prospects
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment processes
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Experience in EdTech, counseling, or sales will be an added advantage
