Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware & Software Maintenance:
Install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and company software.
Help employees (especially production staff) with any computer or software-related problems.
Assist the HR and Admin teams with technical support and IT-related tasks.
Keep records of IT issues, solutions provided, and inventory of equipment/software.
Set up and maintain our internet network (LAN, WAN, cloud systems) to ensure smooth operations.
Protect our systems from unauthorized access by setting up proper security measures.
Keep an eye on the network to make sure everything is running smoothly and fix issues before they affect work.
Make sure all-important systems and tools used in production are working well and without downtime.
- Software/Hardware Integration:
Add new tools or machines to our system and make sure they work well with existing ones.
Identify and fix software bugs or technical issues quickly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support and Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support multiple departments (IT + HR/Admin)
