Festivals From India is hiring for their client, Ashvita's, who is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide administrative, documentation, compliance, and coordination support to the leadership team. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage records, coordinate with external stakeholders, support statutory and compliance processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong documentation skills, and is comfortable interacting with professionals such as auditors, company secretaries, bankers, and consultants.

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Professional-level written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in English.
- Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal, Tamil preferred.
Essential Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, compliance coordination, office management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience working for a structured company.
- Interest in art and culture is preferred.
- Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc. and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools, and mass mailing software is ideal.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organise company records, statutory documents, contracts, licenses, and other business documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Track compliance requirements, renewals, and regulatory deadlines; coordinate timely submission of required documents and information.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination with auditors, company secretaries, legal advisors, and other professional consultants.
- Liaise with banks and external stakeholders for account administration, KYC updates, documentation, and routine correspondence.
- Prepare, compile, and manage documents required for audits, compliance reviews, board matters, and management reporting.
- Monitor action items arising from audits, compliance requirements, and leadership meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and operational follow-through.
- Support the smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations through effective coordination, record management, and stakeholder communication.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
