Senior Associate - Entra ID/MFA Developer -Hands-on development, testing and troubleshooting skills and experience with Entra ID and MFA enablement projects
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on development, testing, and troubleshooting for Entra ID and MFA enablement initiatives within enterprise environments.
Support manual Entra application registration activities and Kong API Gateway onboarding workflows.
Engage with ServiceNow intake processes to validate, route, and fulfill identity and API onboarding requests.
Design and implement automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub to streamline intake and provisioning activities.
Develop and maintain automation leveraging the Microsoft Graph API to support identity lifecycle and configuration tasks.
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to align onboarding patterns with established standards and security requirements.
Document configurations, processes, and automation artifacts to support knowledge transfer and ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering Entra ID and MFA enablement projects for large or enterprise-scale organizations.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow intake workflows and request fulfillment processes.
Practical experience with manual Entra application registration procedures.
Experience supporting Kong API Gateway onboarding activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID administration and configuration.
Proven experience with Kong API Gateway onboarding patterns and best practices.
Hands-on experience building automations in ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Demonstrated proficiency developing automation against the Microsoft Graph API.
