Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure proper documentation for employee lifecycle activities.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance programs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
