Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts by recording, verifying, and reconciling all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoice verification, vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, and ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, account reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory regulations, including preparation and maintenance of VAT, GST, TDS, and other statutory records and filings, as applicable.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities, and provide all necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, and recording payroll-related accounting entries.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies, maintain proper financial documentation, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare audit schedules, respond to audit observations, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
- Coordinate banking activities, including payments, receipts, and account reconciliations, and maintain effective relationships with financial institutions.
- Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting, financial planning, special projects, process improvements, and other finance-related initiatives.
- Perform any other accounting, finance, or administrative responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹10,767.22 - ₹20,463.57 per month
