Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding vehicle inquiries, service bookings, and support.
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle models, pricing, and services.
- Schedule and manage service appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
