Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide software support, customer assistance, issue troubleshooting, and implementation support for our business applications and software solutions.
The candidate should possess good communication skills, technical understanding, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients through phone, remote support, WhatsApp, and email
Handle customer issues related to software applications and software systems
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and enhancements
Install, configure, and support software applications
Assist customers in using system features and reports
Maintain support logs and update issue status regularly
Provide training and guidance to customers during implementation
Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer applications and software systems
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to troubleshoot software-related issues
