We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Facility Management Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing key accounts, building a strong sales pipeline, and actively participating in government tendering processes. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales or CEO and plays a critical part in expanding our presence in sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, High-End Residential Towers, PSUs, and Industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, databases, and networking; build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare professional cost structures, proposals, and presentations for client pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive revenue growth from both new and existing clients.
- Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups, CRM updates, and ensure high client retention.
- Actively monitor and participate in government tenders/RFPs/RFQs on portals such as GEM, Mahatender, BMC, PCMC, PMC, and MMRDA.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales performance trackers, and quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Facility Management Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Government Tendering Processes and experience with major government portals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and cold-calling skills.
- Ability to create target lists, plan weekly sales activities, and meet/exceed quarterly targets.
- Self-starter with a strong results-oriented mindset and resilience in handling rejections.
