Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Site Engineer(Civil) / with Interior knowledge based in Lonavala. The Site Engineer will be responsible for assisting in crafting design plans, preparing CAD drawings, collaborating on interior design layouts, and supporting the senior design team , site supervision and coordinating with people and over see the quality and quantity of the project as needed. Additionally, the role involves maintaining contractor communication, gathering project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of quality designs and projects.
Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra.
Educational Qualification :B.E civil (interiors),B.Arch, B.sc interior Design, Diploma interior Design,
Experience: 4 to 6 years

- Responsible for the planning, and coordination of project activities at site execution level to ensure timely and efficient project execution; on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Effective communication between different project teams, stakeholders, and contractor.
- Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, client bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills as per contract terms.
- Verify quantities from drawings and site execution (measurement sheets, bar bending schedules, etc.).
- Ensuring the project adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, & quality requirements in. a timely manner
- Identifying potential risks associated with the project, such as cost overruns, delays, and contractual issues
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Graphic Design
- Knowledge of Interior Design concepts and ability to collaborate on creative layouts
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients

- AutoCAD, MS Excel
- Experience in real estate - Residential building project
- Good understanding of construction contracts, rate analysis, and project budgeting.
- 4 years+ work experience.
