Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, end-user support, and IT operations.
- Oversee daily IT helpdesk activities and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage end-user troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, Office 365, email, VPN, and business applications.
- Plan, implement, and monitor IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including system provisioning, account creation, access permissions, and asset allocation.
- Ensure proper recovery of company assets and secure deactivation of user accounts during employee exits.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, procurement, lifecycle management, warranty tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor Windows/macOS patch management, software deployment, endpoint configuration, and system updates.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Group Policies.
- Ensure endpoint security through antivirus management, EDR solutions, firewall policies, and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity planning.
- Conduct periodic access reviews, permission audits, and compliance with information security policies.
- Manage conference room AV systems, video conferencing solutions, and meeting room technology.
- Optimize system performance through preventive maintenance, health checks, software updates, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate AMC contracts, software licensing, and IT procurement.
- Develop IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team, assign workloads, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
- Prepare IT budgets, manage expenses, and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
- Ensure network availability by coordinating LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, security audits, ISO compliance (if applicable), and risk management.
- Generate MIS reports, IT dashboards, asset reports, SLA reports, and present updates to senior management.

Preferred Experience
- 9–15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading an IT team.
- Experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity, vendor management, and IT compliance.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
