Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller
Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad (Work from Office)
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, connecting with prospective customers, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Submit daily call and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Admission Counselling.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
