Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, preparation processes, and finished food items
Ensure compliance with company quality guidelines and food safety regulations
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper workflow and discipline
Check cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Maintain records of quality checks, wastage, and stock usage
Coordinate with store and purchase teams for quality-approved materials
Train staff on hygiene standards and proper food handling practices
Handle customer feedback related to food quality and take corrective actions
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in kitchen supervision or quality checking
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic documentation and reporting skills
