About the Role
Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Private Limited is offering a structured Management Training Program in Equity Capital Market (ECM) Services for passionate and career-oriented professionals looking to build expertise in merchant banking and capital markets.
This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to merchant banking transactions, regulatory compliance, and capital market operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ECM transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, and Preferential Allotments
Support preparation of offer documents, due diligence reports, and regulatory filings
Ensure compliance with SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws
Conduct legal and financial research related to capital market transactions
Coordinate with clients, intermediaries, and regulatory authorities
Assist in drafting agreements, resolutions, and corporate documents
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be Qualified Company Secretaries (CS) – Professional Programme (All Groups Cleared) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Desired Skill Set
Strong knowledge of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and SEBI (LODR) Regulations
Familiarity with Companies Act, 2013, FEMA Regulations, and Income Tax provisions
Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Keen interest in Capital Markets and Merchant Banking
Important Note
Candidates must be available for the complete mandatory 21-month training period
Candidates who have partially completed training elsewhere will not be considered
Stipend
₹2,40,000 per annum
