We are Hiring: Telecaller – Cosmetic Clinic
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to connect with clients, follow up on leads, and generate clinic appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments.
- Explain clinic services, treatments, and offers.
- Maintain client details and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Provide a positive and professional client experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-friendly and target-oriented.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Experience in cosmetic, aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
