Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, execute and followup production activities
- To monitor daily and weekly floor activities to ensure raw materials are processed into finished goods on time.
- To assign duties and evaluate the performance of shop floor workers
- To train the existing and new workers on product handling, personal hygiene, good manufacturing practices and operations safety.
- To maintain production records and analyse the trends of parametersTo compliance with FSSC 22000 standard.
- To implement SOPs in regarding with processing, cleaning and sanitationTo work closely with Quality team to meet the quality and food safety standards.
- To coordinate with maintenance team for routine preventive maintenance
Pay: ₹10,043.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
