Job Title: Architect / Architectural Designer
Department: Architecture
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- 3ds Max
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs and detailed planning solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations in line with project requirements for presales.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct daily production visits to prepare target sheets and oversee on-site activities, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Review and interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for integration with architectural plans.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and perform accurate quantity take-offs for architectural and interior works.
- Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and budget tracking based on BOQs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation efficiently.
