Job Title: Telecaller cum Admin
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer questions.
- Generate leads and follow up on interested customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree is a must.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and Excel and Word is a must.
