Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper control of inventory to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper storage and arrangement of materials to ensure safety and easy identification.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain stock registers, and inventory records accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or reordering requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for material requirements.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, and other store-related documents.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Prevent material damage, wastage.
- Handle dispatch, packing, and shipment of materials or finished goods.
- Manage vendor returns, rejected materials, and scrap disposal.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and audit requirements.
- Support ERP/software entries related to inventory management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12thPass with experience /Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in stores/warehouse/inventory management
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation
- Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP / inventory software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Physically fit for handling materials
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial stores
- Understanding of stock audit, and material handling practices
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
