Job description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Front office cum Customer Support Executive to manage reception duties, handle customer calls, and support service operations. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up on tasks consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a visitor logbook
- Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) from delivery personnel and ensure proper documentation
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Call Handling & Customer Support:
- Answer incoming calls on the toll-free number and return missed calls
- Handle product enquiries and generate leads
Service Coordination:
- Follow up daily on open pending service calls
- Coordinate with Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) to ensure timely closure of calls (both on-site and in the system)
Spare Parts Coordination:
- Monitor spare parts pending cases
- Follow up with ASPs to ensure orders are placed and updated in the system
Quality Check:
- Verify cancelled service calls by contacting customers to ensure accurate closure and prevent incorrect reporting
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and follow up consistently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
