Job Summary
The Warranty Executive/ Incharge is responsible for managing all warranty-related activities, including processing warranty claims, coordinating with the manufacturer, maintaining records, and ensuring timely claim settlements. The role requires accuracy in documentation and compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims as per manufacturer policies and timelines.
- Verify warranty eligibility of vehicles and parts before claim submission.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty repairs, replaced parts, and claim status.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturer representatives regarding warranty matters.
- Track pending claims and ensure timely settlement and reimbursement.
- Prepare and submit required reports related to warranty claims.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal/return of warranty parts as per company procedures.
- Monitor claim rejection reasons and take corrective actions to minimize rejections.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and dealership policies.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in warranty processing, automotive service, or dealership operations.
- Knowledge of warranty claim procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
