Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)
Shift Timings: US-based hours 7:30 pm – 4:30 am
Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media, networking, and referrals.

Evaluate and screen candidates based on skills, domain expertise, experience, and qualifications.

Conduct initial round of interviews to assess communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

Handle different types of hiring: Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Full-Time (Permanent Placements).

Strong understanding of US tax terms like C2C, 1099, and W2, and various visa types including H1B, GC, TN, EAD, and US Citizens.

Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage salary/rate negotiations.

Ensure seamless candidate onboarding and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified and interested candidates through proactive networking.

Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary trends, and sourcing strategies.

Exhibit strong closure and negotiation skills with a candidate-centric approach.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in (Preferred - Computer Science, IT, Engineering)

Experience required: 4 - 5 years in US IT Staffing.

Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the US market.

Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
