Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for new retail employees.
- Deliver product knowledge, sales, customer service, and operational training programs.
- Assess training needs through store visits, performance reviews, and feedback from management.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, observations, and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor retail staff to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and retail operating procedures.
- Support new store openings by training and preparing staff.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, retail best practices, and new product launches.
Required Qualifications
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
