JOB LOCATION Delhi, with travel across North & East India
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • Strong knowledge of ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) screening and diagnosis workflow • Ability to perform and demonstrate live imaging procedures on neonatal patients • Understanding of fundus imaging, image capture techniques, and quality optimization
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES • Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management • Polite, respectful, and collaborative communication with colleagues and customers • Strong personal ownership of assigned goals and tasks • Responsive and solution-oriented when facing customer or internal issues
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver effective and confident product demonstrations of devices to doctors, hospitals, and clinics • Explain clinical benefits, features, and workflow of the device clearly to healthcare professionals • Travel extensively to meet customers, conduct product demonstrations • Build a deep understanding of ophthalmic industry products, competitors and workflow • Support the sales team in customer acquisition and conversion through impactful demos • Provide on-site training to doctors, nurses, and technicians on device usage & assist during device installation and initial setup • Address customer queries and provide technical/clinical clarifications • Coordinate with internal teams for feedback, issues, and improvement
