We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – GIS with strong expertise in surveying, GIS technologies, and data management services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities, proven team management experience, and strong communication with clients and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage GIS and Survey projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
* Leverage GIS tools and data conversion technologies to optimize project execution
* Demonstrate solid experience in Land Surveying, Property Tax Projects, Consumer Surveys, Utility Electrical, and Telecom GIS implementations
* Collaborate closely with clients, field teams and internal stakeholders to align objectives and ensure smooth operations
* Supervise survey and GIS teams, including Surveyors, Supervisors and field staff
* Ensure accuracy and reliability of field data through effective monitoring and quality checks
* Recruit, train, and mentor field personnel to enhance project execution capabilities
* Oversee in-house GIS data production and ensure timely delivery
* Stay current with modern surveying techniques and integrate best practices into workflows
* Exhibit strong leadership and staff management skills
* Prepare, review, and finalize techno-commercial documents.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
