- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach math lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Student Engagement: Use interactive methods, games, and activities to make math concepts relatable and fun.
- Assessment & Feedback: Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Individual Support: Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to students needing extra help.
- Technology Integration: Incorporate digital tools and resources to enhance math learning.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers to integrate math into cross-disciplinary projects.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with modern teaching practices and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Specialization in Mathematics or Elementary Education preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the primary level is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
