Job Summary
The Admission Counsellor serves as the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing information about the school's curriculum, facilities, admission process, and policies. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth admission experience while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Welcome and assist prospective parents and visitors.
- Explain the school's curriculum, teaching methodology, facilities, and fee structure.
- Conduct school tours for parents and guardians.
- Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Guide parents through the admission process and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective families to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Coordinate admission assessments, interviews, and orientation programs.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
- Participate in school events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling(experience in a preschool or school is preferred).
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
