Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry trends.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
