We are seeking a proactive Lab Marketing Representative to drive business growth, expand our client base across all service verticals, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of laboratory services, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to promote our ISO 17025 / NABL accredited testing capabilities in ores/minerals, environmental water analysis, soil & fertilizer testing, metals & alloys, and specialty commodity markets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities in mining, steel, cement, construction, water treatment, agriculture, textile, and environmental sectors
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, industry networking, mining cluster engagement, and digital outreach
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients (mining lease holders, steel plants, RMC plants, water authorities, agricultural cooperatives, textile mills), ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Service Promotion: Effectively communicate laboratory capabilities across all verticals—ores/minerals, water/effluents, soils/fertilizers, metals/alloys, silk & specialty chemicals—testing scope, turnaround times, and competitive advantages
- Sampling & Exploration Coordination: Liaise with clients for on-site ore sampling, mineral exploration support, and logistics coordination
- Sample Logistics: Coordinate between clients and lab operations for sample collection, chain of custody, testing requirements, and report delivery
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
