About the Role
ADAIA is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Diamond Retail Showroom Sales Representative to join our luxury jewellery showroom in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fine jewellery, skilled in customer engagement, and committed to delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Educate clients on lab-grown diamonds, diamond quality, certifications, and jewellery collections.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on preferences and budget.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective consultative selling.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Handle billing, order processing, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and ensure displays are clean, organized, and attractive.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and merchandise handling.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, diamond knowledge, and ADAIA collections.
- Support showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, diamond, luxury retail, or premium sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to build trust and create a luxury shopping experience.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in diamond or fine jewellery sales.
- Knowledge of diamond grading, certifications, and jewellery craftsmanship.
- Experience working with high-value clientele.
