This role owns the full marketing funnel across social media, paid channels, content, and
campaigns. You'll work on the strategic positioning while also rolling up your sleeves to test
ideas, analyze performance, and iterate relentlessly. You're not here to follow a playbook —
you're here to write one.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Social Media & Community Growth
- Build and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and
YouTube
- Create content pillars, posting calendars, and campaign themes that resonate with
investors and savers
- Own growth targets — from follower growth to engagement rate to conversion
- Manage community, respond to inquiries, and build a reputation for thoughtful,
educational communication
Product Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop positioning and messaging for new features, products, and GTM initiatives
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns with clear milestones, budgets, and
success metrics
- Manage paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) — from strategy to creative testing to optimization
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and CAC; feed learnings back into strategy
Content & Thought Leadership
- Commission or create high-quality educational content on bonds, fixed income, and
personal finance
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, and long-form content that establish BondScanner as a category leader
- Manage relationships with creators, influencers, and partners for co-marketing opportunities
- Oversee newsletter strategy and email campaigns for nurture and retention
Team Leadership & Execution Discipline
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (social media manager, content
associate, video editor, etc.)
- Set OKRs, track KPIs, and run weekly/monthly performance reviews with the team
- Build systems and processes for content calendars, approvals, compliance, and
performance tracking
- Ensure marketing operates like a machine — predictable, measurable, and scalable
Analytics & Optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) for visibility into
all channels
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, subject lines, and social copy
- Analyze customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and channel mix; recommend budget
allocation
- Turn data into narrative — share findings and learnings with the leadership team monthly
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Work with legal/compliance to ensure all marketing materials, claims, and campaigns
meet SEBI guidelines
- Flag regulatory risks early; adapt campaigns quickly when guidelines shift
- Build compliance into the marketing playbook from day one — not as an afterthought
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Track Record
- 4–6 years of marketing experience in a growth or performance marketing context
- Proven track record growing at least one social media channel to 50k+ followers or
building a product campaign from launch to traction
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and clear understanding of
CAC, ROAS, and unit economics
- Comfortable working in a fintech, B2C, or growth-stage startup environment
Skills & Mindset
- Sharp storyteller — can take a complex financial product and make it compelling on
Instagram, LinkedIn, or a landing page
- Data-driven but intuition-fueled — reads dashboards, spots patterns, but isn't
paralyzed by analysis
- Execution machine — runs marketing like clockwork; owns systems, timelines, and
accountability
- Team builder — can hire, mentor, and push people to do their best work
- Category builder mindset — genuinely excited about making bonds cool, not just
running campaigns.
Pay: ₹56,408.24 - ₹156,675.55 per month
