- Manage the daily operations of the cafe, bakery, and boutique homestay.
- Supervise and lead front office, cafe, bakery, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, conduct training, and evaluate employee performance.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Control operating expenses and assist in maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Oversee café, bakery, and kitchen operations, including production planning and food safety compliance.
- Operate and monitor POS systems, reservation software, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain business records.
- Collaborate with the owners to improve operational processes, increase sales, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
