Seth Anandram Jaipuria School is looking for an Event Manager.
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Manager to oversee and execute impactful events that resonate with our target audience. In this role, you will manage all event logistics from initial concept to post-event reporting, ensuring every project stays on budget and finishes successfully.
Key Responsibilities-
- Budget Management: Create comprehensive budgets, track operational expenditures, and secure cost-effective pricing.
- Vendor & Venue Coordination: Research locations, source contractors, and negotiate contracts for catering, décor, and A/V requirements.
- Logistics & Timeline Management: Establish detailed run-of-show schedules, seating arrangements, parking plans, and transportation.

- Post Event Analysis
Skills Required-
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience.
