Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer – Water Treatment to promote water and wastewater treatment products, systems, and services. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client handling, technical coordination, and achieving sales targets across industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and online marketing activities.
- Visit clients, industries, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Promote products and systems such as ETP, STP, RO, UF, and MBR systems.
- Coordinate with the design and technical team for proposal preparation and tender documentation.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and periodic sales reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Support digital marketing and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong technical understanding of water & wastewater treatment systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B / Industrial sales and marketing practices.
- Ability to handle client interactions and technical discussions independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
Experience
- 2 to 7 years of experience in Water Treatment / Industrial Sales preferred.
Preferred Knowledge
- ETP, STP, RO, UF, MBR systems
- Industrial project sales
- Tendering and proposal preparation

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
