We are looking for young dynamic enthusiastic professionals for the role of “Assistant Manager or Business Development Manager (BDM)” with experience preferably in plastic packaging, caps, closures, or PET preforms.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, sales of plastic packaging solutions
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and logistics for seamless order execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to formulate strategic sales plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the HO.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote .
- Maintain detailed records of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in the region.
- Regular reporting to the HO at Navi Mumbai.
