Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B & B2G)
- Handle lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals to clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Maintain sales reports regularly
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Experience in B2B / B2G sales is a plus
- Willingness to travel when required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in tendering / government sales (added advantage)
- Familiarity with drone/technology industry (optional)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
