Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The role involves providing comprehensive executive administrative support, managing the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling communications, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day activities. The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Strong expertise in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management
Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficiency
Integrity, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in similar roles, especially in corporate or executive environments, is beneficial
