- Role: Oversee operations in Leh & Kargil, manage the incubation center, and mentor startups.
- Profile Needed: Preferably Ex-servicemen/Experience in working in development sector

- Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 / month
2. Incubation Associate (3 Posts - 1 for Leh, 2 for Kargil)
- Role: Assist the Site Head in daily operations, community management, and startup support. Reporting to the Site Head.
- Profile Needed: Freshers
- Location: Leh (1) & Kargil (2)
- Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 / month
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
