Founded in 2020, Fabpad is India's homegrown sustainable feminine hygiene brand, built from the ground up in Hyderabad. We make reusable period underwear, cloth pads, organic cotton pads, liners, tampons, and intimate wellness products — designed for real women, priced for real India, and built to last the planet.
We sell across our own D2C platform, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce — and we're just getting started. Behind every product is a commitment to period dignity, zero waste, and women's empowerment at scale.

The Role
As our Graphic Designer, you'll own the visual identity of everything our audience sees — from Instagram posts to product packaging to partnership decks. You'll work directly with the founder and content team, with real creative ownership from Day 1.
What You'll Do
Social Media Design
Design posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, and highlight icons for Instagram and LinkedIn. Own the visual consistency of our feeds.
Packaging Design
Create and iterate packaging for period underwear, cloth pads, organic cotton products, and new SKUs — balancing brand warmth with print-readiness and sustainability cues.
Influencer & Partnership Collateral
Build influencer gifting kits, brand decks, co-branded templates, and digital assets for creator and celebrity ambassador outreach.
Performance & Ad Creatives
Design Meta ad creatives, A/B variants, and campaign visuals that are thumb-stopping and conversion-focused.
D2C & E-Commerce Assets
Create product listing images, Amazon/Flipkart A+ content, banners, and website graphics that meet platform specs without losing brand feel.
Brand & B2B Materials
Design pitch decks, one-pagers, and B2B kits for NGO and CSR outreach — polished at every touchpoint.
Brand System Stewardship
Maintain Fabpad's visual identity — typography, color, iconography, and photography guidelines — across all channels.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or femtech
- Strong portfolio showing social content, packaging, and brand work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of Canva for quick-turn deliverables
- Understanding of social media formats and specs
- Packaging design fundamentals — dielines, print-ready files
- Organised file management and clean handoff practices
- Motion/video editing for Reels (a plus)
- Figma experience (a plus)
