Key Responsibilities
Brand Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular business reviews and performance discussions.
- Understand brand goals and translate them into effective marketplace strategies.
- Coordinate with brands to collect product information, images, pricing, compliance documents, and marketing assets.
- Ensure timely communication regarding business performance, inventory planning, promotions, and operational updates.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central from product onboarding to ongoing account management.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including variations, attributes, and product content.
- Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, catalog issues, and content quality to maintain marketplace compliance.
- Plan inventory replenishment and coordinate stock transfers to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain product availability while minimizing overstock and stockout situations.
- Monitor Buy Box performance and pricing competitiveness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Track order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer service metrics.
- Resolve operational issues by working with Amazon Seller Support and, where applicable, Noon support teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Ads, Content, Catalog, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
- Support successful execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate product onboarding while ensuring marketplace compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, process guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Experience with Noon UAE Seller Accounts is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in an e-commerce agency, marketplace management company, or D2C brand is preferred.
