Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines efficiently and safely.
- Perform machine setting and job setup according to production requirements.
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain production records and process documentation.
Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or related field.
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is also preferred.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, setting, and programming.
- Experience with VMC/CNC Turning/Milling machines preferred.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC control systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
