Job Description:
Angroos is looking for a smart and responsible Accountant & Customer Handling Executive to manage accounts, handle customer enquiries, and support sales through effective communication on digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks and basic bookkeeping
- Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking
- Handle customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls
- Convert enquiries into sales with proper follow-ups
- Provide product details and assist customers in choosing hampers
- Maintain records of orders and customer data
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery updates
- Support overall office operations when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and chatting skills
